Otonomo is currently a private pilot. New accounts are created via an invite link from the operator who set up your home box.
If you have an invite link, it should look like:

Don't have one? Reach out to whoever set up your box and ask them to generate a fresh invite — or join the waitlist and we'll send you one when a slot opens in the founding-100 batch.
